fixed the problem it was my cpu so i went and bought a athlon II X4 2.6 new motherboard and 3 gigs ddr3 and now my fps is 98 to 86 on med settings

if your running game in dx 10 then you need to go to your xfire options then games finde bc2 and pick dx 10 becouse its on dx 9
